About Us
Was formed in 2004 to sell and distribute the coffee raised by the PCE medical mission outside
Boquete, Panama.

The PCE medical mission provides medical and dental care, educational, sustenance, and religious
support to the Guaymi Indians in northwest Panama.

We have made a conscious choice not to pursue Fair Trade Certification, opting instead to channel that
money to the people served by the mission. The proceeds of the coffee are returned to the mission in
cash or in medicine.
The PCE Mission serves the medical, dental, educational, sustenance, and religious needs of the Guaymi,
an indigenous people numbering approximately 125,000. The Mission has a full-time staff of 20 including
farm workers, mechanics, and drivers. Housing is provided to many of the full-time workers.  The medical
clinic has 4 exam/treatment rooms, a laboratory, a pharmacy, and a waiting room. The dental clinic has
two chairs,
an x-ray machine, and a small lab. The Mission also operates a small food store and a large
clothing store. Both offer discounted products to church members.
